Who we are
Graphics by Garrison LLC operates graphicsbygarrison.com. This page explains what information we collect, why, and what choices you have. Questions: nathaniel@graphicsbygarrison.com or (302) 724-0043.
Information you give us
Contact and inquiry forms. Your name, email, phone number, and whatever you write in the message. We use it to respond and to discuss working together.
Client accounts. If you're a client, we hold your business details, your website content, images you upload, your billing contact, and the requests and messages you send through the dashboard.
Payments. Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number. We see only what's needed to know an invoice was paid: amount, date, status, and the last four digits.
Information we handle for our clients
GBG builds and operates websites for other businesses. When you submit a form on one of those websites, your submission is processed through GBG's systems and delivered to that business. We handle that information on the business's behalf, only to deliver it and operate their website; the business's own privacy policy governs how it uses your information.
Information collected automatically
We use Google Analytics to collect pages visited and time on site, device and browser type, approximate location (city or region), and how you found us. This is aggregated and used to understand which pages are useful. We don't use it to identify you personally.
Cookies
We use cookies to make the site and dashboard work (including keeping you logged in) and for analytics. You can block or delete cookies in your browser; doing so may affect parts of the site, including staying signed in. To opt out of Google Analytics across all websites, Google offers a browser add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
Who we share information with
We do not sell your personal information. We use service providers to run the business, and your information passes through them: Stripe (payments), Google Analytics (traffic measurement), Google Workspace (email), our hosting and database providers (running the site and storing dashboard content), and our email delivery provider (notifications about requests and invoices). Each handles information only to provide that service. We may also disclose information where legally required, such as in response to a subpoena or court order.
How long we keep it
Inquiries are kept as long as needed for the conversation and our business records. Client account content is retained while the account is active and for 180 days after service ends. Payment records are kept as long as required for tax and accounting purposes. Analytics data follows Google Analytics' retention settings.
Your choices
You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it (unless we're required to keep it), opt out of analytics, and use a Global Privacy Control signal, which we treat as a request to opt out of any sharing for targeted advertising. Email nathaniel@graphicsbygarrison.com; we'll respond within 45 days.
Children
This site is for adults and businesses. We don't knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child has submitted information here, contact us and we'll delete it.
Security
We take reasonable steps to protect information you submit, use reputable service providers, and limit access. No website can promise perfect security.
AI tools
We use AI-assisted software tools in producing design and code. Client content entered in the dashboard may be processed by these tools in the course of building and maintaining your website. We don't sell client content or use it to train publicly available AI models.
Links to other sites
We link to other websites, including client sites, suppliers, and social profiles. We're not responsible for how they handle your information.
Changes
If we change how we handle information, we'll update this page and the "last updated" date.
